Sheila was born on July 10th, 1954 to June Faulkner and William Coleman in Fresno, CA. Sheila was the eldest surviving girl out of 11 children. Sheila has joined her siblings Ray, Bryan, William Jr, and 2 sisters in heaven; while leaving behind 5 sisters: Lenora, Pamela, Brenda, Delores, and Karen. Sheila is also survived by the 41 year old love of her life Spencer Bell Sr., her 2 children Khidr and Jamilda, her stepson Spencer II, as well as her grandchildren Moriah and Hezekiah.
Sheila had obtained her AA degree graduating at the top of her class, as well as her Pharmacy Tech license. Despite her credentials her greatest joy seemed to come from being a stay at home wife, mother, and grandmother. The only person that Sheila loved more than her family was God. A Christian woman who always walked by faith. When things were toughest is when she would seem to shine the brightest. Already having accepting Christ into her life and being baptized in the name of Jesus, it is a comfort to know she is now in heaven watching over her loved ones.
Sheila will always be remembered for being the fun one, who was likely to say anything and everything that came to her mind. She had a way with words that would leave an impact on all that she came into contact with. She was full of laughter, joy, and questions, a true undercover investigator; but there was always guaranteed to be good times with her. She was the life of the party, with a smile so bright and a laugh that was so contagious you couldn't help but to be happy around her. Just as silly as could be, she was someone who attempted to live life to the fullest. Sheila was the epitome of a phenomenal woman who will forever be missed.
