Samuel Zekiel Quezada

Samuel Zekiel Quezada, affectionately known as "Sammy," but preferred to be called Zekiel. He was born on October 24, 1994, in Ventura, California. He was a loving father, son, brother and a cherished friend. Sammy passed away in a tragic accident on June 30, 2023, leaving behind a void that will be deeply felt by all who knew him.

Sammy joined the United States Army and made new friends.

Sammy loved the outdoors, stuff like fishing and camping, he enjoyed watching anime, drawing, playing his guitar and cooking. His dream was to become a Chef and have his own catering business. Sammy had a zest for life and found joy in the simplest of things.

But above all, Sammy had a genuine heart of gold and always had a big smile, that he will always be remembered for and a selfless nature that touched the lives of everyone he encountered.

Sammy is survived by his children, Peter, Anthony, Penelope, and Lucy.

In addition to his children, Sammy is survived by his Mother, Monica Aldana, his step father Gilbert Mendoza, his two brothers, Benito Quezada, and Javin Mendoza and his beloved grandparents Lucia and Alberto Aldana. He is also survived by his biological father, Samuel Quezada, along with uncles, aunts, cousins and nephews.

Sammy’s departure has left a void that can never be filled, but his spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. May he find eternal peace, knowing the profound impact he made in this world.
