It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Rose Isabel Howard. Our beloved Vovo. Mother, grandmother, and friend to so many. Rose passed away peacefully on the morning of April 1, 2022. They had four children together and were married for 39 years before his passing in 1985. Mugu. She loved her customers and working in the candy aisle. She always said you could find her on the candy aisle. She was known for her wonderful hugs with a little squeeze at the end! Rose is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, all seven of her brothers and sisters and her son, David. Rose had Alzheimer’s in her final years but her true spirit and who she was never wavered. The family would like to thank Mom and Dad Board Care and Oakhurst Hospice for their caring staff, excellent service, and wonderful support. Especially Jenny and Tita.
