Leticia Nevarez Obituary

Leticia “Letty” Nevarez unexpectedly and tragically passed away on the night of April 2, 2023. Her family and
friends already miss her deeply, but are committed to keeping her memory alive because she was truly one-of-
a-kind

As a young mother, Letty's energy and love never failed as she raised her five children. She always put them first
and worked tirelessly to give them the best life possible. She boasted about every achievement, no matter how
big or small, and relentlessly advocated for them in every aspect of their lives - a mama lion who was not
afraid to roar.

Letty's personality was magnetic, and her generous nature won the admiration and respect of all. She was
brave and bold, full of laughter (sometimes you'd laugh so hard you'd cry), sarcasm, generosity, selflessness and
loyalty. She was passionate about what she loved and you knew she loved the Los Angeles Dodgers, Buc-ee's,
and dying her hair purple. She attended as many Dodger games as she could every season and she shared the
love for the game with her family.

That was Letty. She was intentional about living a life filled with happiness, joy, and most importantly - love.
When Letty loved, she loved hard, she loved passionately, she loved completely, and her loyalty to those
she loved was unmatched. She would have your back without question, whenever you needed, no matter the
time of day. Whether you lived down the street or hundreds of miles away, you could call her and know that she
would be there in a heartbeat, physically or emotionally, on the phone or in person. Even if she wasn't with you,
it was like you could feel her holding your hand when you needed it

Letty: Words fail to capture our love for you and how dearly we miss our mother, daughter, sister, Godmother,
tia, cousin, and friend. We take courage in the certainty of Christ's victory and look forward to a day where
we see you again - wearing a Buc-ee's T-shirt and that infectious smile that we all miss so much.
Thank you for allowing us to love and be loved by you. You will always be in our hearts
