Diana Christine Troutman, 50, of Oxnard, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at St. John's Regional Medical Ctr., following a short illness. She was born November 25, 1970 in Joliet Illinois and had been a Ventura County resident for 42 years. Prior to her illness, she worked a a teacher for 20 years. She is survived by her loving family and friends.
