Anthony Lorenzo Luna, passed away on Saturday May 20, 2023, he was 17 years old.

Anthony was born on October 14, 2005 in Oxnard, CA, he was a life-long Ventura County resident. From the moment he was born Anthony lit up our lives. Anthony had a beautiful smile that could light up a room. He liked to cheer people up by being funny and acting goofy. If he encountered someone in need he was always quick to lend a hand. He was a soft hearted, kind, loving, friendly, and respectful young man. He made jokes constantly & enjoyed making people laugh.

Anthony attended K-8 at University Preparation Charter School in Camarillo. He played football with the Camarillo Roadrunners for 7 years, he wore the #38. Anthony was a middle linebacker and loved to sack the quarterback.

He attended Pacifica High School where he played freshman and JV football. Anthony completed high school in March 2023 at Condor High School with a 3.0 GPA. He was set to receive his diploma on June 6, 2023. He was so proud that he’d earned his high school diploma early. Anthony’s intentions were to join the U.S. Air Force and become a Fireman.

Anthony loved football and was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He loved to ride his bike with The 805 Goonies & Oxnard Fixie Crew. He enjoyed recording music and was a talented aspiring rapper. Anthony liked fishing, skateboarding, BBQing, and spending time with his family and friends. Anthony was a member of the Tejon Indian Tribe in Kern County.

Although we only had him for a short time, he packed a lot of life into 17 years.

Anthony is preceded in death by his grandfathers Anthony Nadal Sr, Lorenzo Bacio Jr, & Martin Luna, great-grandparents Pete & Sally Luna, Jose Refugio “Cuco” & Maria Guadalupe “Guera” Luna & his uncle Anthony Nadal Jr.
