Constance Ford, 63, of Pasadena, passed away Monday, May 20, 2012, at Hollywood Community Hospital following a long illness.
She was born in Bronx, New York, to the union of Willis Ford and Bessie Garnes.
Constance worked in the health care industry for 15 years as a License Vocational Nurse.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
