Rosario Salazar

Rosario Salazar, 92, of Oxnard, passed away at her residence on Sunday, January 31, 2021.  She was born October 31, 1928 in Los Angeles, CA to the union of Salvador Hurtado and Vicenta Herrera Hurtado and had lived in Oxnard for more then 20 years coming from Texas.  She was a homemaker.

Rosario is survived by her loving children, Maria Ambriz of Oxnard; Baldemar Salazar of Oxnard and Elma S. Moore of Nampa, Idaho , Carlos Salazar of Texas, Delia Salazar of Texas, Yolanda Mendoza of Oxnard and Diana Salazar of Oxnard; 18 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren;  2 sisters; and including numerous nieces and nephews. 

Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, 10:00 a.m., February 27, 2021, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, Oxnard, with burial to follow at Santa Clara Catholic Cemterey, Oxnard.
