Jose Luis Hernandez Jr. "Joe"

Jose Luis Hernandez Jr. "Joe", was born on October 14, 1984 in Oxnard, CA to José Luis “Louie” and Christine Hernandez. Early Sunday morning on November 22, 2020 Joe, 36, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. He accomplished many things throughout his life, from working in the automotive industry all the way to getting his culinary certification in 2018. He practiced auto body for 20 years and continued to learn new traits such as sandblasting and even fishing. Joe enjoyed many things and enjoyed life to the fullest. 

Joe and Saray began a family and he became a father of six beautiful children that will forever have a part of him.

We will continue to remember Joe like the man he was; a music lover, very adventurous, his charming smile and adorable dimples, gorgeous eyes, well dressed from head to toe, loving, sweet, caring, funny, honest and very humble. He was an amazing Son, Father and Fiancé. Joe had a huge heart and took care of his own.

He was preceded in death by his Father; Louie, Grandfather; Manuel “Bobby” Perez, Grandfather; Fidel, Grandmother; Isabel, and cousin; Eileen.

He is survived by his Mother; Christine, Fiancé; Saray and his children; Nathan, Jayleen, Louie, Amri, Roman & Joe Joe. His Uncle; Thomas and many family and friends.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Camino del Sol Funeral Home,  200 North C Street, Oxnard, CA 93030. A Funeral Service will be held  from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at the Santa Clara Cemetery, 2370 North H Street, Oxnard, CA 93036.
