Faustino R Zuniga

Faustino R. Zuniga was born Dec 19 1932 to the union of Jose Zuniga and Juanita Ramirez. At the age of 20 he married Maria De Refugio together they had 6 children Sylvia Zuniga who passed as a child Lilia,Victor ,Rick, Faustino Zuniga and Elvia Alvarado. Many grand great and  great great grand children. He  would later marry  Helen Romero whom had 6 children Mark, Josie, Cruzita Romero, Jenny Ortega, Erniestine Lopez and Rosa Mejia whom  he helped raise, also many grand children. The last 38 years of his life he spent married to  Chris Zuniga ( step children unknown) who passed away 3 years ago Faustino worked as a laborer for various companies in Oxnard, was well know for his Job as a supervisor for Santa Clara Produce.  He worked For Aspen Helicopter and different packing houses . He was well know in his neighborhood would take evening walks  with his little dog Dinky, he was no stranger to Sunset little league where he'd often sit and watch the kids play.  He enjoyed  watching the Dodger's, sitting around plaza theaters and La Glorias chatting with friends. He was especially proud of fulfilling last year  the dream  of becoming an American Citizen at his age. So looking forward to voting. Faustino will  forever be remembered as the life of the party his loud voice and his laughter. On Nov  9th  2020 Faustino went to be  with the Lord, he's gone but not forgotten. His life is not over, it has just begun . Rip  we will miss u.
